My parcel hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If you can't see an update on the parcel tracking page and your delivery date has now passed, it's possible that your parcel has been delayed. We'd love to support with providing an update, if you can reach out direct to the sender of your parcel we can help to investigate.

What happens if I won’t be home during my delivery window?

Please provide safe place instructions via the Order Update section within the tracking page.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged or not delivered?

Please contact the sender of your parcel so they can confirm regarding next steps and we will support them with the investigation process.

How many times will my parcel be attempted?

We will attempt delivery of your parcel at least 2 times before we return to sender.

Can I change the delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to change your delivery date or delivery address once we have received your parcel. Please reach out to the sender if you wish to cancel your order or update the delivery address.
