Relay partners with some of the biggest retailers in the UK such as The Hut Group. You will be delivering parcels to customers that have placed their orders on the Retailers’ websites. We don't deliver alcohol products.

Relay pays £14-£17 per hour, based on your deliveries. The more successful deliveries you make, the more you earn! Rates take into account time and mileage, and every delivery attempt is rewarded. Earnings vary by delivery area and vehicle type, with realistic parcel numbers for each route. While congestion charges aren’t included, we reimburse them weekly. Some routes may take more or less time depending on your experience. **Our top couriers** deliver with care, follow instructions, and achieve high success rates. They get early access to routes and more flexibility to choose their preferred ones.

To deliver with Relay, you will need a ‘Hire and Reward’ insurance as well as the minimum legal motor insurance as required by law. Hire and Reward insurance is a legal requirement when using your vehicles for business purposes, such as parcel deliveries with Relay.

If you don't have your own H&R insurance, we can support you with our AVIVA top up insurance. You must still need to have a valid motor insurance policy in place.
